Do I need to be present during the estate sale? No, our team will handle all aspects of the sale. We recommend that you avoid the sale for emotional reasons.

How long does the estate sale process take? The process typically takes 2 weeks from initial contact to the end of the sale.

What happens to unsold items? We will take care of all unsold items.

Fees and Payment

How do you charge for your services? We charge a percentage of the total sales.

When do I get paid? You will receive a check up to 7 after the sale.

Estate Condition

Do I need to clean the house before the sale? While we will clean up after the sale, initial cleaning is appreciated. We recommend removing any personal items before we begin.
